Short Leave Pine Help

Here helping out the short leave pine, wildlife, and making people aware of Missouri's Only Native Pine and its's importance.  Many bird species rely on the cones of this plant as a food source and the deer will use it for sorrow.  The dead branches that fall from the trees have provided coverage for both quail and turkey here in Missouri for a long time.   It's not an ornamental pine so typically not used in neighborhoods or businesses.  The Short Leave Pine is a shade intolerant tree.  Help Our Planet and Help Wildlife.
